Skydive-Wollongong
Nothing gets the adrenalin pumping quite like skydiving does. It’s intense and completely serene all at the same time. For something a little different, try a night jump when it’s the full moon.

Paragliding
Strapped into a harness and floating beneath a fabric wing over Stanwell Park and Illawarra coastline, paragliding is a tranquil experience that is not too dissimilar to hang gliding.
