Choose from the likes of 250gm wagyu skirt steak with XO butter and chimichurri, a 1kg dry-aged T-bone with a green pepper and brandy sauce, and 700gm 28-day dry-aged Ribeye with garlic butter. You can add extra sauce on for $5 more, and sides for the table might look like Jarrah honey glazed carrots with Bookara goat's curd, pomegranate and walnut dukkah, and wood grilled Maitaki mushrooms and roasted parsnips with a black garlic aioli and grilled lime.
