Every weekend, the restaurant serves up a mouthwatering selection of deli-style focaccias and folded pizza sandwiches that are an ideal choice for those craving a satisfying snack. We highly recommend the Ultimate Ullo Deli, which includes LP salami cotto, Bresaolo, provolone dolce, coppa, truffle, pickled peppers, rocket and a secret green made from broccoli, spinach and feta.

Starting at $15.50 select from the likes of porchetta, mortadella or an incredible fried eggplant parmigiana filling for the vegos in our midst. More of a panini person? As for the sambos themselves, these two-handed monsters are made using the softest bread around and are packed to the brim with fillings. Junes has covered all the classics from crisp salad to curried egg and chicken Cesear.

Kosta's began as a hole-in-the-wall in Rockdale and has since expanded to locations across Sydney - testament to how addictive these classic sambos are.
