Choose from a number of groovy projects, including slab vases, pottery incense sculptures, booty mugs, and wheel throwing. If you haven't yet had the pleasure of spending two hours molding clay, you better gear up for a good time, as this is one of the best creative workshops in all of Sydney.

For something a little more engaging than dinner and drinks this weekend, consider popping by Archie Rose for one of their immersive masterclasses. Hosted in the exceptionally moody barrel room, you'll be able to learn a little history whilst blending and making either your own gin, whiskey or cocktails. You'll also be able to order from the Archie Rose bar menu should you fancy a cheeseboard or sandwich to enjoy your lesson with.

All courses are led by experts and will have you up-skilled within two to three hours. For the inner artist, the drunk painting and expressive watercolour florals are Work-Shop favorites. Or try arm-knitting and paper-marbling masterclasses.
