Coconut and Bliss: Insta-Worthy Nice Cream Bowl Recipes
There's a lot to love about nice cream. Not only is it deliciously vegan-friendly, when it’s done right, it’s incredibly pretty to look at, and it's so nutritiously healthy, you can tuck in entirely guilt-free. Simply put, nice cream is frozen bananas blended up into a soft serve and topped with an array of goodness. Think peanut butter, cacao nibs, buckinis, raw brownies, blueberries and hemp seeds.

COCONUT AND BLISS' FAVOURITE NICE CREAM BOWL RECIPES
Tropical Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 fresh mango
- ¼ cup coconut water
- Place all nicecream ingredients in a high-power blender. Blend until smooth and serve into bowls.
- Top with the topping ingredients.
Caramel Bowl
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 4 medjool dates
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- Place all caramel nicecream ingredients in a high-power blender. Blend until smooth and serve into bowls.
- In a small bowl, place all chocolate sauce ingredients.
- Pour the sauce over the nicecream and top with extra toppings.
Chocolate Nice Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2tbs maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Toppings: banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, roasted peanuts
- Place all nicecream ingredients in a high-power blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve into bowls.
- Top with the topping ingredients.
Vanilla Bowl with Chocolate Sauce
Vanilla Nicecream:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup macadamias
- ¼ cup almond milk
Chocolate sauce:
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Dash boiling waterbuckinis
- Place all vanilla nicecream ingredients in a high-power blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve into bowls.
- Top with topping ingredients.
