Massimo Restaurant & Bar

Massimo Reopens After Renovations

Riverside favourite from the Tassis group, Massimo Restaurant will reopen officially on October 5th after a brief pause to refresh.

Designed by long-term collaborators, Clui Design and Allo Creative, Massimo’s fresh new look will evoke those la dolce vita feelings.

We felt it was time for Massimo to get a more modern update - it’s still very much that coastal Italian feeling, really casual and welcoming,” says Michael Tassis of the new look, but don’t just take his word for it.

You can take a peek on the King’s Birthday public holiday, or make a booking from the 5th of October onwards to say ciao to a delicious time.

Supper Club at The Lex

The Lex is debuting its first-ever Supper Club event, hosted by Charlotte Ree, the founder of Heartbake Bites. The W Brisbane is known for its epic collabs, and this one is another surefire hit.

Bringing together incredible food, heartfelt stories and connection, the theme of this Supper Club event is “Food & Feeling”.

The menu will feature focaccia, ricotta and pesto ravioli, New York rib-eye steak (or spinach pie from Charlotte’s recipe book for vegetarians) and a burnt Basque cheesecake to finish things off. You’ll also enjoy a martini upon arrival, and paired wines with each dish.
