Hazel's Easter Eggsperience

This limited-edition seasonal dessert by Hazel's Chef Aleksis Kalnins is a fun collaboration with local bean-to-bar chocolatier, Good Boy Chocolates.

At first sight, a caramelised white chocolate egg sits cradled in a nest of crisp kataifi. But then it's time to smash the golden shell with your spoon. Upon collision, it reveals a snowy vanilla yogurt mousse and a passionfruit 'yolk' that spills out over the plate.

For the month of March, you are invited to play with your food, which is why its so hard to look past this playful and tantalising dessert! Just note, that with only 10 available per day until Easter, it's a very limited dessert.

Guests who want to ensure their cracking egg experience must book in for the grand finale Easter lunches on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th March. Indulge in Chef Aleksis's special menu, set to feature the Hazel Easter eggstravaganza.
