When you don't know what cuisine you're craving but know you want a burst of flavour, head to these Asian restaurants in Adelaide for a combination of all the dishes you love the most across a range of Asian cuisines

Gondola Gondola

While we love traditional Asian cuisine endlessly, there's just something about contemporary Asian fusion that hits the spot when you want to eat something fun and unique.

When you don't know if you're feeling like Thai or Vietnamese, head to these spots for some of the best Asian in Adelaide - fusion edition.

Hut & Soul

Hut & Soul

Hut & Soul is one of the best spots for Asian fusion in Adelaide, having won awards multiple years in a row for quite literally being the best Asian restaurant in Adelaide. With a focus on South East Asian cuisine, Hut & Soul started out by solely being an Indonesian restaurant, but branched out into offering Malaysian dishes as well in 2016. Today, this dining spot is a fusion of flavours, delivering small bites like avocado fries and squid tentacles to wok tossed dishes, curries, and more.

Mamachau

Mamachau

There ain't no party like a Mamachau party, as the restaurant likes to put it. We couldn't agree more. Asian fusion is done best here, with all sorts of dishes combining Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Come to Mamachau for healthy salads, mouthwatering bao buns, and rice bowls that you won't be able to resist. Oh, and you have to try the matcha soba if you're feeling adventurous. It's green-tea soba noodles, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomato, mixed leaf, sprouts, pickles and furikake al in a creamy sesame soy dressing - it's a unique flavour combination that tastes even better than it sounds.

Chirin

Don't let Chirin's sushi label fool you. This restaurant does sell delicious sushi, don't get us wrong, but they also sell a plethora of other dishes including Korean fried chicken, dim sum, bao, and gyozas. You need to try their teriyaki chicken with coconut rice, or, if you're vegetarian, go for the broad beans and bean curd - it's incredibly tasty.

Whether you're feeling like a dine in meal or getting takeaway before retreating to your couch, Chirin is the place to get your feast for the night.
